My Cd player emit static whenever I turn the Volume knob. What's wrong?

Check your speaker wires (or if you enjoy headphones try different ones), even if they are still intact they sometimes obtain loose and it causes like mad of static. If not, then it's probably the disc Player itself. Simple, dirty contacts in the volume control reostat. Annoying but not serious. Proper cleaning and lubrication by a qualified technician will cure it. Beware! labor charges surrounded by a repair shop may total more than the unit is worth.
Its the volume dial it self it requests to be replaced
