Which charging time do I follow? The charger or the rechargeable battery-operated? I bought a Uniross Mini charger, comes w/ 2

I bought a Uniross Mini charger, comes w/ 2 AA NiMH 2500 mAh batteries. Charger can also charge size AAA battery. Charger states that the approximate charging time for 2,500 mAh batteries is 28 hours. However, the battery-operated itself has schoolbook indicating that the charge time is "7h - 500 mAh", w/c is to my understanding, 7 hours per 500 mAh. Since the batt have 5x500 mAh that logically means charging should be 7 hours x 5, or total of 35 hours. I hold noticed earlier (so far only charged the battery once) that after charging for a total of 28 hours, the batteries didn't closing very long contained by my digital camera. Possibly it took more shots than regular alkaline, but not significantly more. Since then I be wondering if it were possible to charge the battery over 28 hrs. However I've heard NiMH could be perilous to overcharge; they can blow up. Charger doesn't have auto shut-off. You hold to turn it off by unplugging, so it doesn't indicate if it is truly fully charged.

In our dodge charger it is always the battery-operated we blame for problems,,,,,,,,,,,,when we can get started to progress to the walmart for medications,

Slow chargers similar to the one you got are severely poor battery chargers. They can smoothly under- or over-charge the battery. If you are going to frequently want the capability, I importantly recommend you get a better charger that monitors the freestyle condition and stops charging when the battery is fully charged. They also usually charge the freestyle much faster, which is not a bad item as long as the charge is stopped when the battery is full. MAHA make such chargers (www.thomasdistributing.com). There are likely others out nearby, as well. Go by the battery. If you don't charge it the course the manufacturer states, you lose the overall freestyle life of the entry. It will die way too soon if you depart from it on too long or don't run it all the style down like they usually recommend. Hope this help!!
