Virgin V+ Installation problems? Has anyone had problems have the V+ system installed
Has anyone had problems have the V+ system installed by Virgin? I am astonished at the incompetence and sheer inability of this company to install their own equipment in my home and receive it work. Three engineers (after 3 hours on the phone), two remote control units (these still don't work!), 50 metres of cable adjectives over the house, two days off work waiting for engineers (they lone arrived after 6, and then said it be a favour to a arranger!), and the system (including broadband), still doesn't work!
Any advice as to how I procure a positive result from Virgin, or do I have to bite the bullet and move to SKY?
Answers: May i ask which town you live surrounded by, and what seems to be the exact problem near the V+ box?
