you download your music from limeware or blupster or whatever site you use. It will automatically be in motion into a file surrounded by your computer. Find that file and move to your ipod (when it is plugged into hte computer) I think veoh video is similar near youtube video, they are both online stream video, you need special software to download and convert stream video to mp4 video for iPod.
