Are battery best kept within the refrigerator? I've heard that for years, but I be wondering
I've heard that for years, but I be wondering if it really makes that much of a difference. :)

storing battery in a refrigerator might append a few more minutes to their shelf life, not ample to justify the extramural time theyˇŻll need to return to usefulness. It is far more historic that you store your unused batteries away from fry sources and areas prone to high humidity. Heat and humidity will rationale stored batteries to percolate fluid, and prolonged storage in a device may also inspire corrosion and leakage.
It make absolutely no difference to the freestyle at all - it's urban fairy tale.
A battery will retain its charge for a short time longer the colder it is, but mean time to ruin is unchanged.
Not really. They sit within stores at room temperature for a long time. People preserve them in drawers at home. I enjoy tried the refrigerator thing....I see NO difference.!! Batteries are best kept surrounded by a cool, dry place. Which is to say, they should be kept out of hot, humid conditions.
Storing battery in the refridgerator make a very minor difference, at best. However, if you plan to store battereies surrounded by the refridgerator, be sure you take them out of the fridge and reheat them up prior to use - batteries operate poorly when cold.
