i recently bought a Pansat 9200HD reciever and a dish that is to say pointing 110 W (i think). all i hold is sum crappy european channels, G4, mostly ALL ppv channel like rush hour 3 on ppv. its great and adjectives. BUT> i cant find MTV, MTV2, USA, SpikeTV, weather channel, TBS, Cartoon Network, TNT,Comedy crucial....all the cool channel. i do have these american channel, Lifetime, LMN, National Geographic, G4...those are okay channels. ( G4 rocks) how the heck do u acquire those above channels near FTA?? do u turn ur dish? are u supposed to scan certain channel??

My speakers are picking up interference from my cell phone. It starts crackling and beeping loudly. How can I stamp out this interference? My regular speakers pick up the noise occasionally (using 18 measuring device speaker wire), but my computer speakers pick up the noise adjectives the time.

How to intergrate an 8 track video recorder into my studio setup? (Fostex R8)?
I've recentely been given a Fostex R8 multitrack video recorder. It is 1/4 inch 8 tracks, and I would like to use it surrounded by my recording setup. I collectively work alone, and program drums, keyboards etc using Cubase. It looks rather costly to sync it, so would probably basically use it stand alone. How does one use a multitrack tape recorder surrounded by the digital age? Any suggestions or methods of workflow? Bouncing Down tracks and mixing? Is it worth bouncing all my tracks to video then put money on to the computer to mix, just to get hold of that "warm" sound?

How to set up speakers and headphone.?
Okay so I'm wanting to have my speakers and my earpiece plugged in and working at one and the same time, This I have be able to do by myself, no troubles whatsoever. Problem is I want to know how to have my music playing out of my speakers but the rest of the sounds from my computer (websites, mic, etc.) playing to my earpiece. There has to be a channel I can do this. Do I have to walk into windows medium player and change something nearby?

I have a big blind t.v. that has a picture-in-picture funcion, but I don't know how to set it up. I do not hold the book that came near the t.v., and have never have PIP. I have regular cable, lacking a converter box, the cable is ran staight into the subsidise of the t.v. through coaxial cable, not through any accesories(like VCR or DVD). Right now if you turn the PIP on you in recent times get for a moment black screen, you can swap it and you procure what you are watching in the small picture, but the big picture go black. Can anyone give me instructions on how to set up the PIP?Also any hardware I would want to do this? Thank you.
