I have one red buoyant in the lower right corner on my xbox 360. the ending time I played was a few hours ago and while i be playing Halo 3 a few parts of the screen get fuzzy sometimes. Do I have to dispatch my console in for repair or is in that a simple fix?

i bought a hd cable yesterday to improve picture on my wii and its crap if anything picture is worse the parcels on the screen flicker to,hold checked all the settings,,will the shop I bought it from (zavvi)give me a compensation as the packaging have a big slice out of it had to cut the plastic to win cables out. I have lately bought a dvd off Amazon, and i own found that it won't play on my dvd player or Playstation 2, "due to regional restrictions." But it will play on my laptop.
