Hi, I use my really old stereo to connect my ipod through the red and white sockets at the put a bet on in the aux partition. How would I take the amplifier out so I can use it near my ipod and chuck the rest of the stereo away, how do I tell what bit I should hold on to and what is the amplifier?
Storms coming to my computer?
Right after Christmas, I switched everything over to Comcast Cable. Phone, high-speed internet, and cable TV. I used to always unplug my computer and phone file, but I don't know what to unplug now --- the phone isn't hooked up a conventional method. I asked one Comcast rep if I should unplug and he said yes. I asked the guy who installed everything and he said no, no need to unplug. I have a computer fried once when a surge came through the phone strip, I really don't want that expense again. We're supposed to get storms tonight. What do you dream up?
Sub woofer make chance racket?
i have a powered sub woofer, and at elevated volumes, it makes a unusual noise. simply certain parts of persuaded songs it doesnt make much rumpus and make a hubbub. the best way i can described it as some sort of clicking. the sub box vibrate more then it usually does when this happens. can somebody please give an account me what this is, and if its bad for my woofer. thank you

Substitute for 3.6V AA battery?
I have constructed a section that uses 6 x 3.6V AA batteries, next to pairs connected in parallel. I want to cause the unit smaller, but similar freestyle life is terribly important. Would 12V vehicle alarm remote batteries (e.g. LR23A) be a potential substitute? I don't know much more or less electronics! Thanks in mortgage :)
Subwoofer box examine?
is there any passageway to compute the size of box i should use. i stupidly have immediately misplaced the manual and can't come across to find it on the internet. so i don't remember what size box i have to use i calculated the approximate displacement at .23 cubic foot
Surge protectors - Suppressed Voltage Rating? What's good/bad?
i have one surge protector that have a Suppressed Voltage Rating (SVR) of 400, and I have another surge protector that have a SVR of 600. is higher number better? also, what's a right "minimum" number, so I can know my electronics are safe? gratefulness.
Surround nouns isnt workin right?
every time i use my surround sound it keep turning off. its is a 1000w pioneer and it can really pump a sub, presently it dont.it has an overdive switch but that never get in the opening of any thing. it go to like 40 but when i put it on close to 14 it shuts off. i enjoy car subwoofers connected to it but it never stopped approaching this before. i could catch almost up to maby 30 and it wood turn off later. but now its basically pissin me off. pleez i call for help formerly i pull a Chuck Norris on it!

Ok i have a TV That have Yellow red and white hookup, Headphone jack, And Ant. i have a DVD/VCR hooked contained by the Ant. and on the DVD/VCR theres a Ant. out and thats hook up to my Dish Network Satalite and i have a Ps2 And thats hooked up to the Yellow and white wires.
