Is it possible tohave a satellitee receiver which will pick up any satellite signals aslong as the dish i pointed to the right place. Aslo have a card slot for any tv subscription.With digital aeriel tuner in it.Able to show HD. Has a dvr (hard disk to account onto the box itself) or a dvd,memory card recorder.With On Demand options to scrutinize programmes when you want.I don't know if this sounds unsual but if you can't get one resembling this what is the closest to this that you can get. Sell or Keep HD-DVD player & movies?
So I have an HD-D3 from Costco it cost me singular like $130. HD-DVD (I know it's appalling to admit) seems approaching it's on it's way out, and unless some miracle happen..it'll be a dead format by the shutting down of 09..if not 08. Anyway I could defend keeping the player as at least a SD upconverter (like most people), but the point is I already have a PS3...and it does a fine career upconverting SD DVDs. I do have movies for my HD DVD player that I really savour like Batman Begins, Matrix Collection, V for Vendetta, Bourne Collection, Transformers, Shrek etc. And they are not on Blu Ray right very soon, and most of them I don't see them coming out on blu ray for a while (at tiniest not this year). If you were within my situation..would you just enunciate..hey it's just $130 player..savour what movies are out now and will still come out very soon until the format (potentially) dies completely. Or would you return the player..and try to make put money on what you could off your current HD Dvds and a moment ago be patient for the movies to be on blu?

Hi, We recently bought a microwave at best and approaching 1 and a half months contained by its not working. We have a 4-hour warranty from best buy. We had moved too, so we call up best buy and told them we had this problem they redirect us to get it fixed from the businessman. So Samsung sends one of their repair people to us and unmounts it and take it to his shop to get it fixed. We have to pay 85 dollars to take that it mounted and 85 to the repair guy who unmounted it. So the microwave is now fixed (!!) And both Samsung (who we also hold a one year warranty with) and best buy are saying that they aren't contained by charge of getting it to house installed. We have a warranty w/ bestbuy, but they said they don't cover this ..b/c it wasn't inhome (but it be Best buy who directed us to Samsung). We bought the microwave for 250, now hold payed at least 210 alone on this in one piece mess to get fixed. They are adage we have to income to get it wager on now. What to do? going on for five months in a minute!!
Setting up monitors for audio video recording on a laptop?
hi i'm currently trying to set up some monitors for my laptop. i'll be using pro tools to record and mix. i' getting a firewire audio interface for demo in the subsequent few days, but just wondered what features of monitors i'd need to receive a decent nouns for mixing and editing. theres only a standard (i conjecture its 1.5mm) jack for audio output on my pc at the minute. if i seize a decent set of two of recording monitors, will they involve to be xlr from my laptop? or will the output (post recording) run out of my firewire audio interface with an xlr? any clues?
