Is Boston acoustics an US or UK product?

Answers:

us..I've used it past..no complains..it's good U.S. The main plant is within Peabody, MA (about 20 minutes from me). They make really nice (relatively inexpensive) speakers.
With a name similar to Boston Acoustics it has to be American made.
Technically Japanese.

Boston Acoustics, though operating and originally founded within Massachusetts, U.S.A., is currently under ownership of D&M Holdings, which is base in Japan and also owns Denon, Marantz, and McIntosh.

And, to the soul below me: just because it's American-made and be originally an American brand, that does not stop a foreign corporation from buying them out.

Fortunately, D&M Holdings have be very well-mannered at not changing things that don't want them, particularly next to McIntosh.
