Any ideas why??
anything to do next to the HDMI Cable?
Answers:  Several possibilities:

- You are sitting too close (normally you should be at least 2 blind widths back)

- You are not tuning an HD station (Just because the TV is HD ready doesn't be going to you have an HD signal automatically)

- You may be connecting via composite or S-video ... which is restricted to standard definition resolution.

The HDMI cable will either work or not. It won't decline resolution ... if you input HD it will out put it (or give a blank screen).

Try connecting a progressive scan DVD player, or better nonetheless an upconverting player and see if that gives a better picture. If so, you know it's the TV signal.

Hope that help. Good Luck!
