Question for those used to beside Blu-Ray discs? I rented 300 last hours of darkness because I

I rented 300 last hours of darkness because I have hear that it is absolutely amazing on Blu-Ray, however when I played the disc within was a problem. For some justification everyone's skin appeared as millions of little sparkling dots..that's not the best description but that's the only style I can think of to word it. Other parts of the movie looked magnificent but I just couldn't stand the people's skin/blodies looking so unexpected so I stopped the movie and put Ratatouille in.

Ratatouille looked PERFECT, but at one point surrounded by the movie it seemed to skip from one piece to the next cause us to miss part of the movie.

Is it possible that I requirement to somehow clean the inside of my Blu-Ray player? Or, is it possible that since these discs be rented that their maybe purely scratched/dirty? Whatever the case, how do I verbs my Blu-Ray player/discs in defence that is the problem?

Thanks for any sustain!

P.S. If it helps any I enjoy a Sony SP-300

Hi there

There is nought wrong with your Blu-ray player, infact the show is supposed to look like that...

Blu beam & HDDV picture quality is amazing, but thats not how the director requests you to see it, so they add disturbance and interlacing to give it a bit of atmosphere....

If you ever want to check out the reviews of Blue sunbeam films you want to go to: www.highdefdigest.com

They will impart you the best reviews of discs and quality.... here is the extract for '300'

...'300' comes to Blu-ray and HD DVD as glibly the most anticipated next-gen release of the summer. The surprise $200 million-plus blockbuster is, if nothing else, total CGI spectacle, so expectations are justifiably through-the-roof that this will be the demo disc for every self-respecting home theater enthusiast.

Well, I'm going to put on my flame-proof suit and say that because the motion picture has be so intentionally processed and "degraded," its very personality just doesn't lend itself to the kindly of truly eye-popping and ultra-realistic high-def that I've come to equate with the residence reference competence. Yes, I know that this is the way the picture is "supposed to look," but when you're dealing with a source i.e. so over-contrasted and "crushed down" -- not to mention intensely desaturated and laced near so much video noise that it seem like a swarm of mosquitoes have infested your television -- for me, the "wow!" factor is lessened considerably.... I have regular issues next to HD and BluRay disks rented from Netflix - 300, Transformers, and few others. I own Ratatoullie - and it IS PERFECT.
Check the surface of the disks for scratches and smudges - and conceivably wipe it with soap and hose.
Few weeks ago, I bough a VIVID CLEANER. Not only it help to eliminate scratch - the DVDs look better and CDs sound better! I be as skeptical as you might be now - but my local trader showed me the difference on a couple of my DVDs and CDs.
Even my non-audiophile friends bought them! Check it out at:
