hey my LG 32LC7D was maufactured November 2007, anybody know if it have HDMI 1.2 or 1.3? What is the difference between them anyways?

It's a not detrimental bet your TV is compatible with 1.2 or 1.3 HDMI cable.

Right in a minute 1.3b cables are most adjectives for the audio capabilities when playing Blu Ray movies; ie. Dolby Digital True HD audio, and DTS-HD Master Audio. A 1.3b cable would hold no effect on the picture quality.
PS. Buy your cable on ebay you will save big bucks! You should not have to verbs about the copy of HDMI.
Most of the v1.3 features are OPTIONAL anyhow (examples: Support for deep color or xvYCC color space).
Any cable will work.
