32 within Sony Trinitron have blinking troubles anyone know what this is?

Another thing could be that your AKB (auto kine bias) circuit is malfunctioning any from a fault surrounded by the circuit itself, an outside fault affecting the circuit, or a worn picture tube cause the AKB to treat the tube as if it's not warmed up even so and blanking out the video until it feels it's warm up and ready.
This may require troubleshooting by a tech. Blinking generally indicates the Picture tube have no power ...
It could be your Horiz output is bad, or your picture tube if it's 10 years or elder....
