Answers:  How old is your TV? A lot of modern TVs own a VGA input, which would make everything greatly easier. Using your S-Video cable, you will get lower picture part but you will be able to use this nouns on older TVs.
Most TVs and PCs hold a socket for this, so connection should be really simple. I don't really have a handle on where you're stuck, do you enjoy an old PC and an out-of-date TV where you require adaptors?
