My one speaker pops when I variation the "surround mode" or gutter.? I have a Harmon Kardon AVR 247 audio/video heir,

I have a Harmon Kardon AVR 247 audio/video heir, and a polk audio 5.1 speakers. My problem is when I change "surround mode" or I coppers the channel near my Bell HD PVR receiver. There is a pop contained by my rear moved out speaker. When I changed speakers, it still is coming from my rear departed. When I switched rear departed and right speaker wires, the pop came from the not here.
This means thats the pop is coming from or one caused by the Harmon Kardon addressee or the Bell HD PVR. Any help will be appreciated.
