There's not a together lot out there unless you can find a promise on eBay. Search the used market for your best bet. What I would do is run to eBay and type in the turn out for "high-end speakers" and select LOWEST FIRST and you should be able to find some excellent choices.
Happy Listening! "Good speakers" and "$100 or less" are mutually exclusive, above all if you're talking in the order of new speakers. You can't go and get good hot speakers for $100 or less.
The best you could do would be to pick up a used set of two of Klipsch KG .5 or KG 1 speakers off of eBay. That's roughly the best speakers you'll get for that price.
