Answers:

If you enjoy a ''HDTV'' buy a ''DVI-to-HDMI cable'', or a ''DVI-HDMI converter'' with a ''HDMI cable''.
If you own a ''Standard TV'' set you may need a ''DVI-to-S VIDEO cable''.

Hope i made sense lol.
Hope this help =] Well first past its sell-by date DVI is an analog signal, and HDMI is a digital so you cant simply connect them via a cable. You cant send an analog and connect it to a digital, but you can dispatch digital to analog(this doesnt help you surrounded by your situation however). you will need a analog to digital converter(about 120 bucks). another route is that you could use a DVI to component cable, which keeps your signal analog. or could buy a cheap card that have s-video on it, this wouldnt give you a worthy picture but would give you one at that.
