I want to buy a multimedia projector. I'm on a bit of a budget though, around lb200 at the most. Anyone know where I can acquire a decent one? Also, does anyone own any advice on what to look for when buying a projector?
Ps3 and wii?
i had a ps3 and wii connected to my directv/tivo, sony audio, dvd to a analog tv using switch box for this. i bought a samsung 1080p and dvd. hooked up my audio, directv. they are fine and i don't enjoy hddirectv, yet. i hooked up the wii and grasp a fuzzy pic, no sound. hooked up the ps3 - gain great video, but no sound. these be straight to the tv hookups using the av1 and av2. what am i doing wrong or missing? it's been so long since i've done this.
Question almost playing a dts DVD?
Will sound work if you play a dts DVD through a DVD player that supports dts but doesn't walk through an amp, and straight into the TV?

Question for those acquainted near Blu-Ray discs?
I rented 300 last hours of darkness because I have hear that it is absolutely amazing on Blu-Ray, however when I played the disc within was a problem. For some justification everyone's skin appeared as millions of little sparkling dots..that's not the best description but that's the only style I can think of to word it. Other parts of the movie looked magnificent but I just couldn't stand the people's skin/blodies looking so unexpected so I stopped the movie and put Ratatouille in. Ratatouille looked PERFECT, but at one point surrounded by the movie it seemed to skip from one piece to the next cause us to miss part of the movie. Is it possible that I requirement to somehow clean the inside of my Blu-Ray player? Or, is it possible that since these discs be rented that their maybe purely scratched/dirty? Whatever the case, how do I verbs my Blu-Ray player/discs in defence that is the problem? Thanks for any sustain! P.S. If it helps any I enjoy a Sony SP-300

hey im looking at an amp on ebay, it says: 500 Watts x 2 into 8 Ohms (2 x 175 Watts RMS) does that niggardly if i plug in two speakers (600 watt each) can they pump out 500 watts from both, or will it with the sole purpose pump out 250 from each side?

Hi! Is there a existing difference in hooking up my subwoofer through the RCA output on the wager on of my receiver as dead set against the normal, rope hook up, which I have the selection of? Receiver Question Regarding HDMI?
I don't know much about receiver, but I'm looking to buy one in the close at hand future. I own: XBOX 360 (not the HDMI connection) w/ HD DVD drive, Philips HDTV, HD DVR and a cheap home theater system. I'm wondering whether or not I could watch HD movies next to my XBOX drive with a addressee that does not have HDMI connections? Would it be a lavish of money to buy one that doesn't?

Re-coding a DVD player?
I heard that some DVD players can enjoy a code input to re-format them from a Region 1 player to a region 2. I have a region one DVD player and I'd resembling to buy a UK (PAL) DVD and use it on my region 1 player. Is it true a code input would allow for this? If so, where do I find such a code/instructions?
