Sunfire MK II Hums on input signal. Hum can be canceled repeatedly by switching on or off lights contained by room. Problem is consistent. Sometimes a small electric shock can be felt at a street light switch. Is this a grounding problem? How important is a proper ground?

i am trying to connect my ps3 to my stereo receiver so i can hear the sounds from my speakers...i don no da model...i also want to know how to see the game from my tv...so i am roughly trying to say dat, i want sounds coming out of my speakers not my tv..an vids on doing so...i own da video audio cable dat has dose 3 colors!! pale red n' wite.... so plz help me!

I have a Logitech 5.1 surround nouns speaker set, which I've set up and it runs normally when I play music or video through youtube or anything else. I enjoy an external sound device as I can't install one into my PC. Just to agree to you know, I've installed all the drivers and programmes, the problem is nought seems to work through iTunes, it plays because you can see the block going down but no sound comes out of the speakers? Where is the solution to this? Do I enjoy to set my speakers as 5.1 through iTunes or is there sometihng else a miss? Please, if someone could serve me with getting the music to play through iTunes that that would be a great abet, thanks.

ok will right now i own my ps3 using the old red ashen and white cords hooked up, with an elderly receiver that doesnt own hd cable connections, and im planning on buying a new hdtv, (samsung 24`` widescreen flat panel TFL-LCD HD monitor) next to an hdmi or hd componit cable for my ps3, but i dont wanna buy it if i can work it with the surround nouns with my ps3, and i ponder it might be a problem sence the receiver simply has the ancient av componit cables (red white yellow) any ides on how i can get it workout?

Surround Sound / Home Cinema system for xbox360, sky+ & dvd player?
Hi Can anybody help me please? I'm looking for a home cinema system that I can use beside my 360, sky+ & dvd player. My budget is about lb100 - lb150. I don't know much nearly this kind of stuff, but devise I need an optical input on the system for 5.1 to work on the 360. If anybody have any suggestions, or advice as to what I should/shouldn't be looking for, I would be grateful. Thanks

S-Video cable and RCA?
Hi i have a wii, ps2,n64, ps1, etc that use rca cable. Recently i bought a graphics card for my computer (NVIDIA GEFORCE 8600GT that came beside a s-video cble and a plug for the cable on the graphics card. First, what does the s-video cable do/ that the rca doesnt? What am i preferably supposed to plug the video cable from my g card into? And lastly im looking to buy a PC HDTV Tuner, should i look for one also with a s-video slot as ably as an antenna slot? Thanks

I just upgraded to the dishnet 722 hdtv heir. since i hooked it up the mouths don't match the nouns. I have a 42" sony kdf42a reverse projection tv and a onkyo av reciever ht-r330 hooked up with devout old red white and yellows. I only just ordered hdmi cables will these cable correct the problem. The cables i ordered are 3.1a cable hdmi. this is all exotic to me, any help would be appreciated
