Does anyone know the expected length of time for these bulbs. Does anyone know if you can just by the bulb and reuse he housing. Does anyone know the volts and watts these bulbs produce?
Toshiba HD-DVD Player...?
Now Toshiba have offically stated they will drop their HD-DVD format, does this render HD-DVD players useless? Their price have dropped significantly, is it worth buying one, or should I just pay cheque extra and buy a PS3? Thanks

everytime i try to run the easy/EQ setup i always obtain a test error after the departed speaker runs the first test. i am trying to play this contained by unison with a ps3 connected via hdmi input to heir. for some reason i can solely get 2 depression audio when playing music from the ps3 and i know its capable of playing full surround but cant amount this one out. I had to manually connect the bose speakers and cannot run easy/EQ to configure the proper surround. when i study movies or play games i can get into nearly full surround.. aim, for blu-rays encoded with 5.1 dolby digital EX i am merely able to carry a 5.1 response instead of 6.1!??! for ps3 games some of them i get the full 6.1 surround... WEIRD
TV buzzes simply on different scene. Why?
When the camera angle changes or when here is something like a show title it buzzes. As soon as the scene change to something different, then it's fine again. I hold RCA cables from UF switch to DVD player to TV. Coax from wall to UF switch as you would expect. THIS ONLY STARTED DOING THIS RECENTLY, OTHER WISE I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE. I did some wire switching the other hours of darkness, trying to arrange my audio differently.

How do you connect the DVD player to the amp, which is connected to the comcast cable box? Too many wires are confusing.

Wondering where the best places to go this is... I have a Sony VPL FX51 Projector (about $5000), as in good health as an extra lamp ($650 value), and an extra Navitar Xtra Bright Zoom lens ($2600 on Navitar site). That total's over $8000 within value, and i'm with the sole purpose asking $3499. Where is the BEST place to sell a projector close to this?
Unlock comes up on Video 2 on Sony HT-7100DH when using PS3 and no nouns comes through surround speakers?
Hooked up PS3 with HDMI cable to Video 2 input for Blue Ray disk player on Sony HT-7100DH home arena system. Video is fine but audio goes through TV speakers not speakers on Home Theatre as it should do. On the display on the HT-7100DH when set to Video 2 it say "Unlock".
Upgrading to beneficiary beside True-HD & DTS HD.?
My blu-ray can decode these by bitstream. Can I buy any beneficiary with HDMI or does it hold to specify that it can support True-HD & DTS HD? Also, how do I know if my current speakers & subwoofer will work with the unsullied receiver? Recommendations on a specific beneficiary also appreciated.
Upscaling DVD Player?
We are looking to buy a 1080p HDTV and don't want to make the switch to Blu-Ray so we are looking into DVD Upconverters. I own a few Questions. When I look at the product pages for players online, I see "1080p Upscaling DVD player" but when I look at online reviews I see "This DVD player is equipped beside progressive scan". So will these DVD players really make regular DVD's look 1080p? I hold also heard that TV's can Upscale DVD's to 1080p or anything their native resolution is. So if they upconvert, what's the point within buying a Upconverting DVD Player? how can i get a my computer to display cable or my sattelite tv? i own a guest room that i want to have the computer show tv stations and work next to a remote that feeds the signal through a dongle so guests could scrutinize tv and change channel without me putting a tv within there. a friend of mine have it hooked up in his room at one time but formatted his computer and doesnt remember how it be setup.
