Before Christmas BT cut my line bad after I had rewarded the bill and charged me lb77.50 cancellation/late payment fees for the privilage. A few weeks subsequent I got them to confess it was their mistake and the Indian woman on the helpline said she would refund the charge. When my bill arrived I discovered they have only credited me beside lb50.89. So instead of being lb26.61 surrounded by credit the bill had simply be zeroed. This is too simple to not be deliberate.
Three months subsequent they have civilly agreed to give me put a bet on this lb26 without a word of explanation or apology. They are not going to donate me the interest they have earn on it.
I'd like to know if it's BT company policy to not be paid refunds to customers unless they are forced to do so. Has this happen to anyone else ?

yes, ive have hours of calls to BT, they be resolved, but the more you intimidate them and tell them you dont follow, the more they fcuk up your account. BT are slow at giving cheque refunds, but the credits should dance onto your bill fast. I would phone call back and ask to speak to a supervisor / controller.
