Problems near phone verizons.? about little smaller quantity than a month ago i
about little smaller quantity than a month ago i got verizons i also get their wire and maintance plain. purpose if something goes wrong near is know charge .people told me they own tried to call me and get a busy signal. and i also have know dial tone, i call them and they said go out side within the box.what does that mean. when the first repair man come he went within side the phone box put his phone inside the box and we got a dail tone.consequently he went inside the house and put the phone contained by the jack and got a dail tone.it worked for a couple of weeks.so i call verizons and he said if the problem is a pre- assiting problem their will be a charge rather i own the maintance plain or not. he said you can go inside your box and find that out. can someone explain this to me.

sounds close to you have a defective headset... or something else inside your home...
perhaps you are one of the populace who think the Ethernet port of a computer is a dial up modem... if you plug a procession cord into your Ethernet adapter in your computer you will also raison d`¨ētre a trouble like the one you describe...
it could be your phones that are locking up the phone line. when you walk out to the NID (Network interface device) you can unplug a test jack and use a obedient working phone to test the procession. if you have dial tone at the testing jack and you go stern in the house and in that is no dial tone. you need to unplug adjectives the phones. then plug one phone within at a time. there will be one that will lock it up. i.e. the bad one.

okay hit that right arrow....go to identify...SETTING & TOOLS
scrol down to number ...4. Sounds Settings.. hit that "OK" ... then scrol down to number....4. Keypad Volume.... hit "OK", because your keypad volume is "off", if you want sounds .. to set the keypad Volume hit the gone side to master volume to set the keypad volume to higher sounds,
set later hit "OK".
