u know how u hav to buy a card to call your country so that u wont return with charged...i want 2 know if its the same because i call for to make a few phone christen to a person that lives contained by NY and Miami but i dont know how.with out getting charged abundantly of money....

(don't use a 1 contained by front of number, like usually done for long distance call... it only call to USA/Canada, so the 1 is understood and not needed)
