Any concept on how to lock my landline? I have tried the code from my provider earlier
I have tried the code from my provider earlier but I usually end up forgetting to put it on. Is within anything in the UK similar to Phone LineLok that I can buy that will restrict outgoing call? Please help .... if my son runs up another lb300 phone bill (for the month!) I will lose complete control of my senses!
Answers: If long distance is the issue, you can hold people from making long distance call on your phone. You have to christen your phone company and tell them you want to put a code on your long distance, consequently if YOU want to place a call, you hold to enter the code when you dial the number. Or just make clear to them to cut off the long distance altogether. But If you hold no long distance plan, you can still use a prepaid long distance card to place a call.
Buying a physical lock for the phone would be a lavish in my judgment. The easiest way around i.e. just to plug surrounded by another phone. Even if you get the features that plugs into the phone jack, the other person could freshly use the jack in the phone box outside.
