Why do british gas save you on the phone for 20 mins back they answer your telephone?



Answers: 

Because you agree to them.if I get put on hold or a
record of " choices " when I call somewhere I hang up up....life's to short to wait for them.
Oh and in that making a fortune too usually ! why call them?

dispatch a strong letter "record delivery" telling them your problem and explaining that human being put on a waiting list for 20 minutes is not what you have in mind when it come to a help procession.

they might say that their lines be busy in which skin you can politely point out that if they did their job right later there would not be that tons problems thus reducing the number of people calling within for help which would later make the waiting time smaller amount

you may also point out to them that now you own had to invest time and money writing to them you expect the cost of this to be deduct from your next bill or added to your card subsequent time you top up otherwise the matter will be passed on to the ombudsman.

Never agree to ANY company get away near treating you badly. you foot for a service you should get it.

if you dont, MAKE THEM PAY.....not you
