Can any individual bugg a string or is it just Govt piece?

Anyone can do it illegal near some insider info. Most of the ones I found were in recent times simple VOX recorders set up by a spouse spouse that be hidden surrounded by the house.Others I have see were connected inside TELCO access points and be ordered to ignore. it is almost impossible to find out if a line is bugged... none of that spy shop equiptment does any pious...
if it is an illegal thump, then you can search out all of your inside electrics, and jacks, as well as your gridiron interface device outside...
