Some company phone me wanting me to reclaim bank charges, I politely said no but they wouldn't droop the phone up!!
Over 10 mins & every time I try to make a telephone on MY phone this bloody man kept saying hello will you sermon to me now?
They're still on the stripe and I can't make a phone give the name because they won't hang up!!

07501 is a number continuum originally Vodafone.
0701 is a personal number range - stipulation extra digits to identify original company designation.
Google "UK STD CODES" to find UK dialling code list.
They are sneeky M I have this the other week every time i tried to answer they hung up it turned out to be my mobile phone contratc people phones 4 u wanting to upgrade me two months hasty.
It was not nice man on end of call and just becasue not a soul was nearby to talk to me when i answered it be gone mad as hell.
Tell him subsequent time you are calling police for harassment that will stop him.
I've tryed to ring them, the number is disconnected, so I guess they only engender outgoing calls from it.
I suggest ringing you phone provider and have the number blocked.
If they ring again tell them that 'you are dead' and you are a grieving relative and you don't appriciate insensertive call like this right in a minute,
failling that blast an airhorn down the phone every time they ring you, they'll get message or they'll turn deaf.
If none of the above work, change your number and report them to the police.
A whistle down the line usually works for me....
uk numbers starting 07 are mobile numbers, so it would be vastly difficult to trace it I am afraid.
that is seriously creepy, but hopefully his credit/battery will run out soon and you can contact the police.

It sounds similar to a scam. they are fishing for your bank details. unplug your phone from the wall distribute it five mins and plug it back next ring your phone company and black list the number.
That's really strange...I've be getting calls from an 0701 number as ably...I don't recognise it and each time I answer; the entity hangs up. They ring today and I just didn't answer.
It might be that they want me to ring them rear to check who it is...then I'd be charged lb1.50 a minute or something. I have that years ago Gartom. For 35mins all I could hear be the local radio station playing and this voice said he was on his agency round. My fella was on holiday next to his Dad and I was petrified. It be in nearly 1987, I didn't have a mobile and I couldn't hang up them up !! Still don't know who it was !!
If they are on the line gart punch the Hash Key several times it knock their computer automated dialling off !!
Don't know the number M but I do know in that is a scam going on whereby you get a phone bid which goes on an on and later you find YOU have to pay packet the bill. I am sorry if I am scaring you but lately thought you should be aware. It hasn't happened to me thank honesty. As someone else said try making a high pitch pandemonium down the phone that will get rid of them!
