I've tried everything calling UCAS.

do you have to prompt the card first?
email them. u probably cant bring thru on this no as ur calling from outside uk if u look on their website www.http://www.ucas.ac.uk and click on contact us at the top it gives a no for calling from outside uk of +44 (0)870 1122211.so i would try using the country code for uk ie doesn`t matter what u dial for abroad next 44 then 870 and the rest of the number, as the 0 is contained by brackets looks like u shouldnt dial that but try both ways if it doesnt work short the 0. however they do say they are merely open mon-fri 0830-1800. its 1.30am sit morning here at the mo so u wont be able to achieve them till 8.30 on monday morning. hope u get thru. worthy luck
