like i'll pick it up and it have a dial tone and i can dial the number, but i can't hear it ring or anything.
and when someone calls surrounded by it'll ring but when i go to anwser it, it's close to no bodys there, similar to it's dead silence. the battery-operated isnt dead beacause it does impossible to tell apart thing on the non-cordless phone and we newly bought a new phone and none will work.
