I am just a bit lost and very frustrated, I've talk with so frequent different customer service people, I'm so iritated! I would go near internet through the local cable company. I used Bellsouth (which got bought by AT&T), and I couldn't take a good signal. I fought beside the company about the discouraging signal until it came out that the cable to the neighborhood be spliced into so much that we would never get a accurate signal. I paid for four months of problems when I could hold just gone near someone else. By the way they wouldn't settlement my money. I get great service next to the cable company (phone, Internet, and TV) at a good price. If you see AT&T, run the other road.
If you are only interested beside dial-up, use juno/netzero. I used juno ever since the company was a moment ago an email provider and first came out near internet service.
