Answers:  There are some answers at the website I will post on the bottom, but it really depends what greeting you want to exchange.

If you need to tuning the greeting of a particular extension, it's pretty simple, you login to the mailbox next to feature 981, and the password, after press 8 for mailbox administration, after follow the prompts to 1 ) record the describe in the company directory and 2) dictation a new greeting.

If you want to be shifting the message of the AUTO ATTENDANT (Thank you for calling your company, if you know the extension you are trying to reach please dial it presently bla bla bla bla bla) that is an entirely different story and I strongly suggest you bid a qualified phone technician.
