its a absolute crap service zilch works its not even in our country they rip u sour evry time we dont have a choice single one we can get contained by our area otherwise i wldnt be beside them costing me 62 a mnth for option 3 phone and broadband supposed to be 8 meg we win 2 if lucky

Hi Donna , re BT you speak you pay 62 a month ,I assume this is british pounds? This seem a little on the dignified side. I have be with BT for a great number of years and very soon subscribe to their broadband service. I did have a problem when broadband first activate - but all resolved professionally and promptly by BT. Most problems reported as faults of BT are usually found to be operater fault . ie people who cannot operate PC . I suggest you try contacting their serve service - yes I know you will be directected to India but if all else fail try this Jillian G. Lewis

yup i totally agree and what's more is that we should get rid of other companies/bodies too similar to tv companies, MP's, mayors etc
they all rip us past its sell-by date
good adage - all they want is your MONEY!! First of all where on earth in the country are you? I am asking this because I hold a phone service that matches BT but is bedside light years better, the broadband is a little bit more difficult as it have to come through the BT line, and some of their lines are a bit ancient to read out the least.
If you can grasp back to me by email letting me know where on earth you are I can check to see what other options nearby might be for you.
