You can't so watch out what you say.
I don't come up with you can. You just enjoy to assume they are always listen. Also a lot of workplaces in a minute read the emails you get and transport out so be careful.
you cannot share if you are being record, just be prfessional, and if the customer tell you off, put it on mute and cus rear legs, who cares of the AHT.... Call your boss a few names surrounded by a phone conversation with possibly another co-worker friend. If you get run stale, you'll know.
But seriously, you really can't tell if your conversations are one recorded. You only have to assume they are. I could never be a cubicle rat. For that I respect you. And I'm not calling YOU a rat, so please. mellow. ;)
