Why IP phone is better consequently average PBX phone?

here is what I tell EVERY business customer... IP base telephone service is reliant on your internet nouns... while it may be a few dollars cheaper per month to switch over your lines to VoIP if you lose your internet connection you lose ALL of your phones!
what are the probability of ALL of your landline based phones going down at indistinguishable time?
I still do not believe that IP telephony is ready for businesses... although I own been seeing alot of companies taking a risk that I do not devise is worth it...
as for residential use, I think VoIP is great, and I hold been using VoIP phone service for several years exclusively at home... because its much cheaper and the service and features are fantastic!
If you find a great service and provider, you will never go pay for!
