Do you live near the boarder? The gov't does thump at random phones close by the boarder.
Do you own an extension to this line anywhere else contained by your house? Maybe someone is listening surrounded by the extension. Probably not, mine does it too. Generally i.e. a sound of your nouns trying to work. My husband goes through this adjectives the time talking to his best friend (who is a truck driver and is other states away from us) but when he's home and in town we don't capture the problem. Think of it like the radios where on earth you have to manually find the station, getting at hand can be hard. You might be capable of hear what it is you want, but yet the nouns is extremely low even when you have the volume adjectives the way up, turn it slightly, it pop, cracks, and you hear it clearly.
"Many race think if they hear noise on the phone line, resembling clicks, static or voices, that the string is tapped. Most wiretapping devices send out no audible sounds. If you hear others talking on your phone, you may simply be experiencing "crosstalk," a adjectives phone problem. If you hear crosstalk or other sounds, call your local phone company's repair service and ask it to investigate the problem. Cordless telephone also may pick up others' conversations. This can happen if you and a neighbor hold cordless phones which are tuned to the same trough. "
That was a quote from the intermingle at the bottom. Hope this helps.
