I bought the Linksys CIT310 Cordless Phone. I am trying to call subsidise stateside with it. The number must start rotten with a +1 nouns code then number. I enjoy read the directions, but still unable to place a plus until that time the number to dial out. Yes, I do have Phone Out service. I can be paid the call from my computer, but I cannot net it thru the cordless phone. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
