no but if you enjoy a paypal debit card that has a visa logo on it you can use that to buy a prepaid card, paypal debit cars beside visa logos are just approaching visa cards except your are limited to the amount of money surrounded by your paypal account no, AT&T does not accept paypal narrative yet, but you can use a pre-paid credit card!!
