Hi, I need to appointment the bank and their number starts near 1850, i tried 00353 1850 . . . but it's obviously kaput. Any ideas?

If it's a bank they should own a seperate number listed on their website for international caller... it's possible that their standard line won't accpet international call because dialing 003531850 is the correct way from a UK landline, however if dialing on a mobile use +3531850... You won't be capable of call a 1850 number from outside Ireland directly - you'll requirement to ask the bank for a conventional, geographic number.
If you try and dial 00353 1 850... you won't be connected to the 1850 number. The telephone system will reason you're trying to call a phone number surrounded by Dublin starting 01 850....
