Why does my phone hold wise saying "radio footprints unavailable" everytime i try to phone call someone? it also says my phone is disconnected ,i know

call your phone company and ask them to dispatch a tech. out and take a look at the lines
E Its a network defaulting set-up ! Call the company and stress to them that you are very angry and trust me when i say-so they WILL sort it out !
