I have moved house and inevitability a landline we would like agree talk but we necessitate to get a procession connected through bt first if we pay the 126 pound nouns fee can we switch straight over to talkspeech or will i be on a 12 month contract and cant switch providers .if i still pay lb10.50 procession rental to bt can i go next to who i want ??
