No if its a land file it is maintained by BT Openreach, but if you are have problems with the vein the company I switched to was brilliant when one of my lines have an intermittent fault.
I reported it midday on a Friday, have 5 calls support from customer services that day keeping me surrounded by touch with progress, BT Openreach fixed the scorn on the Saturday afternoon and my company called me final 3 times the next week lately to check everything was OK.
That is what I phone customer service, I have never found anybody else whose supplier be anywhere near that rank of service.
