i live in winnipeg manitoba and im trying to phone ontario kenora district and it keep saying adjectives circuits are busy what does this mean? im on a regular phone phoneing a regular phone not a cell phone or calling card and i phone home EVERYDAY and this is the first time it have ever done this to me so im a little worried ive be trying to call since 9 this morning and its in a minute 4 in the afternoon...HELP PLZ
