I know that we can connect phone line beside computer, but how i can call from my PC beside land column?

Answers:  Your PC will need to hold a Voice Modem installed.
The modem will have two RJ-11 connectors on it.... one for connecting to the PSTN land-line source, and one for connecting to your handset.

Then, all you involve is PSTN telephone software installed surrounded by your PC for dialling out, call pick-up, voice-mail, pre-recording of messages, etc.
