i keep getting this wierd phone number, calling me instantly on my cell phone, at midnight 3am, adjectives the time and i call put a bet on and it rings and a beeping commotion comes in an d a woman picks up and cant hardly follow her, and she just picks up and hang up right away! ITS ANNOYING...anyone by anychance know anything>?

So basicily you are getting calls at 3 am because of a different time zone. Also, hail as 311 and report harassment. They will block the number, and find out what is going on: Nigeria or not, she shouldn't be doing that. Well...the first three digits, "234", could be the country code for Nigeria. That would leave a three digit nouns code, "802" and a seven digit phone number, "851-0816".
I can't guarantee that's the case, but it's possible.
If I be you, I'd stop calling that number and check with your individual shipper as to where the ring is originating. If it IS Nigeria, and you've be calling it back, you're gonna acquire slammed with international charges if you don't hold an international plan. Perhaps if you call your delivery service you can get credited for those charges if that's the baggage.
