Why is it when you dial a wrong number its never out of stock.?

You would never know would you not unless you realised all too past due that you'd keyed contained by the wrong number...not many dial today...do they?

BECAUSE YOU DONT KNOW ITS THE WRONG NUMBER IF ITS ENGAGED, you can think you call the right number and there is nought to indicate otherwise silly..
Maybe it is sometimes, but as nobody answered you did not realise that it be the wrong number.
Murphy's Law always kick in at the most inopportune moments.
The Muse obviously because the being you wrongly dialled wasn't out....what other reason could at hand possibly be?
For the same grounds as when you dial the right number IT IS engaged!
