but you can do it actual easy next to VoIP just achieve a call logger!! No, Vonage does not record your call.
The only call that are recorded are call that are redirected to Voice-Mail. Then, you can playback the record voice-mails.
Otherwise, there are some VoIP services that do own call record features built-in to the soft-phone.
For example, Gizmo5 is a Skype competitor that provides call CD button on the soft-phone.
I am currently using Gizmo5 as my Skype alternative. When I place a call using the PC-based Gizmo5 soft-phone, near is a button that I can click on to start a call record. It plays a short message indicating the call is person recorded (as required by law) and after the call is record to a file on my PC.
