If I seize suspend up call can I record a police report? My sisters ex boyfriend calls sometimes, he is trying
My sisters ex boyfriend calls sometimes, he is trying to procure a hold of her. He just call pretending to be a rep from Jet Blue. I said bye and hung up then he call back 3 second later and of late hung up.
Can I file a police report if this happen more than once?
I don't have guest ID to see for sure who is calling but he has used this behavior within the past.
Would it be more beneficial to record a police report and then they can find out who is calling for sure?
Or would getting company ID be better so I know its him?

Getting a guest ID is always accurate, but if he is that desparate to talk to you sister next he surely will block his number from apearing on you phone screen.
Most phone companies can help out you with this if it happen more than one or two times by blocking the number.
The best thing to do is acquire in touch beside police and discuss the matter. Its gonna be hard to prove unless you can somehow obtain the call chronicles from your phone provider. Getting caller ID and paying the extra on the monthly bill would be better and easier. If he keep calling, you can keep a story of it or just show the sightseer ID itself.
Also, if you do not want him calling anymore, then own a block put on the main number he call from. It will cost a few dollars but it will keep him from calling (assuming he is not treatment to call your house) for the most member. He can call from another number, such as his cell phone or friend's phone.
The subsequent time this happens and he debate to your sister, I would make it terrifically clear to your sis that he is to stop that behavior or he will not be allowed to call anymore....and follow through.
You can folder a police report (assuming you get guest ID) if he keeps calling constantly throughout the morning and for several weeks as this constitutes harrassment. Do not erase the calls stale the ID unit and engineer sure to show the police where he have called.
