Depends on who your VoIP provider is and what countries are included in your "unlimited" bundle. In North America, most Unlimited packages typically only include USA/Canada, and probably UK. Just read the "fine print" of your VoIP package. However, I doubt it includes Jakarta.
Some VoIP packages hold "International Unlimited", or "World Unlimited" but tend to be much more expensive than USA/Canada Unlimited packages, and still don't usually include Jakarta.
However, here are a few VoIP services with low rates to Jakarta:
Efonica - 4.2 cent/min
Skype - 4.1 cent/min
