Why is it we can never communicate with the top dog at BT? In my assessment they can run but they cannot hide forever.

you can yak to bt and bt managers, i work for them and we are answering call, there is over 200 adviser's on strip in my nub alone plus 20 managers

If you are a really cheesed of BT customer, I can tell you roughly a much better company, one that I switched to 9 years ago.
The service provider that I use actually have people you can speak to and who really do assistance if there is a problem.
Email me if you would close to more info but make sure I can grasp back to you too. BT are a Public Limited company, mainly owned by allowance funds, but also have a generous private share holding.
If you are not receiving the service you want, contained by the 1st instance ask to speak to a manager who will traffic with the hail as. If you still cannot get to where on earth you want ask to lodge a formal complaint, this will not be dealt next to on the phone but will be dealt next to offline.
BT also have a chairman's bureau that you can write too, whist the chairman himself is unlikely to reply you will get some hypersensitivity.

Clearly it would be impractical for Mr. Verwaayen to treaty with every customer enquiry, given that BT has millions of customer contact episodes every year.
